Terms & Conditions

By placing an order you are accepting the Terms and Conditions of the 4G Music web site.

The Contract between 4G Music and You

4G Music must receive the entire payment value before your order can be accepted and contract formed. Once your payment has been received by 4G Music you will receive an email (to the address provided during the registration process), confirming your order. The shipment email will contain your name, order number and the total price paid. 4G Music's acceptance of your order creates a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any terms sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract between us.

4G Music are able to pull out of any contract if there are any errors displaying products over the web site.

Price

The prices of goods that are available are contained on the web site, including the VAT where appropriate.

You will be charged for delivery and we may not always be able to deliver to some locations.

Availability of Goods you Order

Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order has been placed and in any event within 30 days of despatch of the order. All delivery times quoted on the web site are estimates and to act as a rough guide based on availability, normal processing and delivery companies.

You will become the owner of your goods once they have been delivered to you. Having become the owner on product delivery you will be held at risk and not 4G Music for liable, loss and destruction of the product.

Liability

If the goods that are delivered by 4G Music are not what you ordered or they arrive damaged or defective or of the wrong quantity 4G Music will not be held responsible unless we are contacted in writing within 10 working days of taking delivery of the goods.

If you notify 4G Music of a problem, our obligation will be a choice as follows: to make good on any shortage of delivery; to replace any damaged or defective goods. 4G Music shall have no liability if the goods that are ordered have any lengthy delay, arrived damaged or are defective due to events outside of 4G Music's control.

Invalidity

If any part of these conditions become unenforceable (including any provision in which 4G Music excludes its liability to you) the enforceability of the other sections of the conditions will remain unaffected.

Complaints

Governing Law

The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law, and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.

Entire Agreement

The terms and conditions, 4G Music prices, delivery and contact details set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of goods to you by 4G Music. Terms and conditions cannot be changed or varied unless by written permission by 4G Music.
