Delivery Times:

Our deliveries are carried out by first class courtesy of the Royal Mail Post Office or Airmail.
UK deliveries ordinarily reach their destinations within 1 or 2 days (depending on availability).
Items sent by Air can take up to 10 days.

Postage Units:

Because vinyl is heavy, double LP's count as 2 units, triple LP's count as 3 units, etc. Below are some usage examples:

1 x Physical Album (CD) (1 x £0.60), shipped to the UK (£0.90) would cost £1.50
2 x Physical Double LP (2 x 12") (4 x £0.80), shipped to France (£1.50) would cost £4.70
1 x Physical (1 x 10") (1 x £1.00) PLUS 1 x Physical LP Quadruple (4 x £1.00), shipped to America (£2.00) would cost £7.00

Postage charges are calcualted on the order confirmation page, where you also have the choice to insure and track your delivery.

Delivery Methods:

Depending on your location we normally dispatch the next working day after your order has been prepared.
All items are sent by first class Royal Mail post and are adequately protected. Packages will not be dispatched until all items are available, apart from in extreme circumstances.

Postage Tracking:

An optional extra available on all orders at a surcharge of £4. This enables you to check your mail's progress at despatch and the point of delivery through an online Track and Trace feature and entitles you to Compensation cover up to £28 or £30 for Airmail (priority post). Tracking details will be provided by email upon dispatch.

Undelivered, Incorrect or Damaged Items:

Please contact us if any of your items are missing or were damaged in transit.
Sadly we cannot accept liability for tracked goods lost or damaged in transit unless we are informed within 7 days of their expected delivery date.
You must inform us immediately of any incorrectly supplied items to enable us to rectify the situation.
